MTG Commander Tracker — dev deploy

Points at the dev Supabase project. The four real tools land here in Phase 4; for now this hosts the Supabase connection/import test pages.

• Life Tracker — in-game life/counter tracking. Sign in, then play.
• Deck Hub — Elo, leaderboards, decks, review queue. Sign in, then review pending games.
• Supabase connection test — sign in, list decks/players/games.
• One-time data importer — already run once; safe to re-run, it skips anything already imported.

Games saved by Life Tracker land with status: 'pending' — Deck Hub's review queue resolves guessed pilots, commits the game to status: 'awaiting_confirmation', and only counts it toward Elo once it reaches status: 'reviewed' (every non-guest player confirms, or an admin force-reviews it). Nothing is lost while a game waits — it's just sitting there, same as the old pendingGames queue did.
